Hello. I would advise to get as much experience as you can, maybe unpaid work such as a summer internship within a HR function of a company to get a true experience of HR and if it is something you wanted to focus on.
Good advice but unfortunately there are not many companies willing to allow a 16 year old to work within there HR department. It is hard for a 16 year old to gain experience this is what I thought Marks and Spencers offered with the scheme
