Thank you for your message.
We offer a range of Graduate Schemes in different areas - for example Marketing, Retail, Food Technology etc, please could you advise which Graduate Scheme you are interested in?
I am particularly interested in fashion merchandising and buying
Thank you so much! This will surely help!
I will be graduating in 2019 with a fashion related degree, but with little experience of few internships i have undertaken in my college breaks. Is this much experience enough to apply in Merchandising and buying or should I focus more on increasing my experience?
We advise for our Buying scheme that you have either a Buying-related degree or relevant work experience in this area, and the same for Merchandising, which requires a Merchandising, Business or Analytical related degree or relevant work experience.
I cam across this feed and I was wondering about the merchandising or buying related degrees. I have recently graduated in Fashion Design (BA) , and have a diploma in textiles. Would these skill sets be related degrees to apply for the graduate scheme?
Hi Clari, thank you for your question! For the buying scheme the preference is to have a buying related degree or can demonstrate some relevant work experience in this area, do you have any work experience to support your application. Merchandising is more focused on the numbers, so you would need to demonstrate you have the relevant numerical & analytical skills on your application. Many thanks, Holly
